SCHEDULING

My booking process can be found on my Scheduling page. You can find my booking form here. Following my instructions is the best way to ensure a chance to meet me.

SCREENING

For screening I require a selfie of you holding a valid government ID. Please have the ID legible in the photo or include a separate close up of it. You may blur out your address, but please make sure your name, DOB, and the expiration date are visible. I am no longer accepting provider references as screening.

DEPOSITS

You must send a deposit to confirm a date. Deposits are 25% of the donation and can be sent to $amanitavi on cashapp. In the circumstance that you cannot use cashapp, I also accept payments via my Throne Wishlist or via gift cards. When paying via cashapp or throne please be discreet and generic in the memo. All deposits are non-refundable unless I cancel.

PAYMENTS

All payments must be made prior to services. Payments for virtual services, deposits, and other payments prior to or between bookings can be sent via $amanitavi on cashapp. All other payments shall be made in cash.

CANCELLATIONS

In the event of cancellation I ask you provide ample notice in order to be considered for applying the deposit to a future scheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, I expect my full rate compensated to be considered for future scheduling. If I need to cancel, I will return the deposit.

EXTENSIONS

If you’d like to extend during a date, my extension rate is $800/h. If you think there is a potential that you’d like to extend please be prepared to pay cash at the time of extending.

DUOS

There are a few fellow providers who I love doing duos with. If you are curious about doing a duo please inquire! Be mindful that it is duo courtesy to rate match the provider with the highest rate.

COUPLES

I also love to see couples. If you are interested in a couples booking please send screening for both parties and be prepared to pay an additional 50% couples fee.

TRAVEL

I am based in Chicago but am happy to travel you via FMTY or DMTY.

I require a fee of $50/h for any travel greater than an hour from Chicago. For travel further than an hour, I also ask that you match the one-way travel time to the duration of our date. If the travel is greater than 3 hours away you shall also provide accommodation. For example if you are 3 hours from Chicago I require a 3 hour minimum and a $300 travel fee. If you are 4 hours away I require a 4 hour minimum, a $400 travel fee and a hotel room.
